You will receive a questionnaire to fill out. Upon your completion of the form, we will set up a conference call to review and schedule an introductory coaching call. 

Keep in mind, all workouts are customized to each individual. The more detail you provide the better a program can be developed that will educate you on best habits and advance techniques. This program will also include exercise routines that will help you reach your desired goals.

Fitness style starts from a foundation with the proper assessment and assigning the most effective program based on the need of the client. This will help achieve the clients long term goal by providing testing, evaluation, analysis, and program development.
