In 4 years, Omar helped win over 10 NCAA Championships. He also won 3 NJAC Championships, 3 State titles and 1 National HS Championship.

Coach Jones has developed a training system supported by Science and supports the development of the whole person called The EDGE. He has helped turn programs around and has been instrumental in taking great programs to the next level. One key element is to have a player embrace key components to becoming a Winning program. They embrace the benefits of hard work and staying committed and dedicated while competing with each other. 

The best part of team training is to develop and cultivate leadership.

That has become a calling card under “The EDGE” team program. Proper assessment, planning, and off season preparation helps develop a program that you can test to ensure the progress is being made but most importantly is an attitude adjustment. The foundation of the program is built on Conditioning the mind. It is the first step in conditioning the body but most importantly developing leaders. During those hard team bonding drills, it's the individual’s mind where the battle is conducted; leaders or non leaders will be exposed. In Coach Jones’ EDGE Conditioning Program, he educates his clients on the thoughts and habits of the winning and losing team. He takes teams through a written, oral, and physical examination in order to get a hands-on assessment and understanding of the current culture.
